    :camera: // How to submit your photos to the club //

    1. Click here to send a note to the club with the subject "Submission".

    2. In your note, include a link or thumbnail of the deviation(s) you want to submit to our gallery. If you're submitting more than one, you can put them all in the same note.
      FAQ #729: How can I add a deviation thumbnail to my notes?


    3. Once we've received your submission and checked it out, we'll add it to our gallery. Be sure you have us on your watchlist so you'll know when its added!

      :new:Please make sure you've got us linked somewhere on your userpage. Our avatar or link in your journal, friends box (subscribers) or shoutboard (subscribers), or even in the description of the deviation you submit to the gallery is fine.



      4. Things to note about submissions...

      • Only members may submit photos to our gallery.

      • :new: In order to display work in our gallery, you must be linking us somewhere on your userpage. We're promoting you, please help promote the club. We think its a pretty fair trade.

      • Only submissions taken with the various models of Holga or Woca cameras are allowed. This includes modified versions of these cameras, ie: pinHolgas, polaroid backs, 35mm modified models, etc.

      • We want only "true" Holga photos in our gallery. Small digital edits are allowed to remove scanner dust, correct for scanning defects (make the color look more like the original), add a watermark, etc. but no photos should be digitally altered in a way that changes the essence of the photograph.

      • We want to see a lot of variation in our club's gallery, so if you have several very similar deviations, please try to choose a favorite. If you do submit several which are similar, please don't be upset if we only add our favorite. If you have a question about why we didn't add something, feel free to send us a note and ask. We don't bite, and we're actually pretty nice. :)

      • The group is currently running at 1/2 power, so please could you limit submissions to no more than 3 deviations per note. Thank you.
